Wears on Tour By Niki Blasina At fashion week in New York City, designers unveiled what’s in store for next fall — but downtown at Milk Studios in the Meatpacking district, design duo “The Blonds,” opted for catsuits, not coats, and gave a taste of what a certain twerking superstar will be wearing on her upcoming tour. “The Blonds are about glamour, we’re about setting the place on fire with electricity, absolutely pushing the boundaries,” said Phillipe Blond, one half of the platinum pair, in an interview before the show.
